Our commercial model is fee-based. Like any professional services provider, we don’t do anything for nothing. Neither do we work on a risk or reward model.

  1. Audit/Health Check  - £3,000 to £5,000 depending on scope/scale.

  2. Project-Based Work – From £2,000 per project (e.g. commercial strategy)

  3. Retainer – From £250 per month; ongoing advisory + light-touch support

  4. League Contracts – From £25,000 per annum

  5. Grant-Funded Work - Delivered via third-party funding bodies
