Tim Fuell

Tim is focused on helping sporting organisations professionalise their structures, unlock new revenue, and build sustainable futures, on and off the pitch.

Tim brings over 30 years of board-level experience in non-League football, combined with a unique career spanning law, journalism, and digital media. A former director of Hayes & Yeading FC and the Isthmian League, Tim was part of the launch team behind The Non-League Paper and presenter of The Non-League Football Show.

Mark Harris

Mark’s focus is helping Clubs prepare for and transition seamlessly through the different steps of the Football Pyramid.

Mark has chaired two clubs and the Northern Premier League, overseeing its expansion from 62 to 88 Clubs. At Wembley, Mark chaired two FA committees and served as vice chair of the FA National Pyramid Board, set up to oversee the integration of the Men and Women’s games. Mark’s focus is helping Clubs prepare for and transition seamlessly through the different steps of the Football Pyramid.

Phil Smith

Phil’s value exists in combining strategic oversight with operational delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Phil brings experience across elite Clubs, governing bodies, stadium operations, international events, and investment advisory. As well as delivering award-winning performance in stadium and hospitality operations, Phil successfully merged two non-league Clubs, transforming the new Club into a sustainable, cash-positive organisation.

  • Each of our Delivery Partners is a specialist in their field, with experience gained either running clubs, competitions, working with the Football Association or supplying relevant products and services to non-league football or the wider sports community.

  • To ensure our services meet clubs and competitions’ needs, our Advisory Board comprises people who have owned, run, governed, and grown Clubs. They help shape our thinking, challenge our approach, and ensure the support we give is grounded in experience, not theory.
